Not an exciting day around here today. A day of cleaning and packing before we leave tomorrow. We booked a table at La Panouille for 7:30pm tonight so we didn’t have to cook in the house and dirty the kitchen. It definitely pushed Max’s limit with it being so late as he was having a melt down when it came time to put shoes on and walk the 20 feet to the restaurant. I bought him these amazing leather shoes a few days ago with a zipper on the side thinking he’d be able to put them on and off himself but they are giving him grief and they are testing my patience level every time he has a melt down putting them on.

Shelby’s a little sad to be leaving Servian. She made some great friends and memories, thankfully she has that to take home with her. I had hoped some of the girls would come by today but they didn’t and I doubt she’ll see them in the morning before we leave so that’s too bad. With the kids on school break they have been travelling visiting family in other regions and not everyone is around especially on the weekends.

Tomorrow we hit the road for our next adventure. Off to Italy for the week before we move in to our next French house on November 1st. Mixed emotions for me too as we’ve had a great time in Servian since we’ve settled into routines and such, but I am looking forward to exploring more.
